Affordable, Accessible Produce

Our Community Shares Fund is made of up entirely of CSA member donations. This fund pays our farm to grow vegetables and offer them to the community at discounted prices through one of our 3 projects: discounted CSA shares, the Cambridge Food Bank's Mobile Markets, and Youth In Food System's Summer Markets. All CSA Members are invited to donate to our Community Share Fund when registering for a share: 100% of donations pay our farm to grow food...and give it away!

Consider whether CSA is right for you:

While all CSA members have some ability to tailor their weekly shares, there is not a LOT of control over what you bring home each week. Veggie availability changes seasonally - lots of greens in the spring, roots in the fall and all sorts of diversity through the summer.


The CSA model works best for households who:

  • Enjoy eating a LOT of fresh veggies
  • Have diverse & flexible veggie tastes, with limited dietary restrictions
  • Are able to pay some portion of the share cost, ideally on a monthly payment schedule
  • Want to be part of our farm-based community
  • Can reliably make it to one of our pick-ups each week
