Spring Root & Yoghurt Salad

Season: 

  • Spring

Ingredients: 

White turnips, kohlrabi &/or radishes

Green Onions

Mint (or dill or any other fresh herbs you love)

Salt

Yoghurt

Directions: 

Dice or julienne veggies

Chop green onions

Mix yoghurt with chopped herbs & salt to taste

Toss all together

 

Best made ~1hr ahead of time, but can be eaten right away.
