BBQ Pak Choy


  • Spring


1 head of Pak Choy, slicedin half lengthwise. If the leaves break off that's fine, but they can be grilled too.

1/4 C Soya Sauce/Tamari
3 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp water
1 clove garlic minced/fine chopped
Ginger root, approx 1 tablespoon finely chopped/grated
Splash of lemon/lime juice, approx 1 tsp
Honey/maple syrup, approx 1 tsp
** amounts can vary depending on your taste and the amount of pak choy


Marinate the choy for 2 hours if you've got the time, stirring gently to cover twice. Preheat bbq to a meduim heat. Place on grill. Turn once. Cook for 2-4 minutes. The leaves may slightly char, but they will taste great.
